Approved content, used, on brand, and measured.
Coadie helps enablement and revenue operations teams get approved content into every customer deck and see what customers do with it, without a large enablement-platform contract. Reps build from the library you curate; every deck is on brand; reading is logged to the CRM on Enterprise.
What does an enablement team need from a deck tool?
| Question | How Coadie meets it |
|---|---|
| Reps use approved content | Decks are built from your library; files marked Draft, Confidential or Do not use are kept out automatically |
| Claims can be checked | Every sentence links to its source file and page |
| Brand is consistent | Every slide is redrawn in the company theme; a whole deck restyles in one press |
| Content is findable | The library is indexed by meaning on upload; nobody tags anything |
| Engagement is visible | Per-slide reading on every shared link; on Enterprise, written to the Salesforce or HubSpot deal |
| Usage is visible | Reports show which slides are used most |
| Access is controlled | Named licences, single sign-on (SAML or OIDC), and a record of admin changes on Enterprise |
How is this different from an enablement platform?
Platforms like Highspot and Seismic are broad suites: content management, training and coaching, sales plays, meeting intelligence, sold by annual contract. Coadie does a narrower job: building the customer-facing deck from approved content, keeping it accurate and on brand, and measuring what the customer read. If you need training and coaching, a suite is the better fit; if you need the deck itself done well, Coadie starts at $19 a month.

Questions from enablement teams.
Is Coadie a sales enablement platform?
It covers the content side of enablement: an approved library, on-brand decks built from it, and engagement tracking. It does not do training, coaching or call recording.
Can we stop reps using unapproved files?
Files marked Draft, Confidential or Do not use are kept out of every build automatically, and every claim on a built slide links to its source.
Can we see which content customers actually read?
Yes. Shared links record per-slide reading for every reader, and on Enterprise each visit is written to the CRM deal.
Does it work with Highspot?
Yes. On Enterprise, Coadie can bring in content from Highspot, as well as Google Drive and SharePoint.
