Highspot and Seismic alternatives for smaller teams.
Highspot, now part of Seismic, is a full enablement suite sold through sales. Smaller teams often need only part of it: approved content in customer decks, on brand, with engagement tracking. These alternatives cover that part, from self-serve plans upward.
What can replace an enablement suite for a small team?
| Question | Covers | Price (checked 6 Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Coadie | Approved library, customer decks built from it with sources, per-slide reading, CRM logging on Enterprise | Pro $19 CAD per user a month |
| Beautiful.ai | Team slide library, brand themes, viewer analytics | Team $40 per user a month, annual |
| Pitch | Shared workspaces, tracked links | From €10 a month |
| Mutiny | Generated account-based assets, asset analytics | Business $50 a month |
| Dropbox DocSend | Tracking who reads documents you share | See docsend.com |
What do you give up compared with a suite?
None of these does training, coaching, role play or meeting intelligence the way Highspot’s Better and Best tiers describe. If those matter, a suite is the right purchase. If the pressing problem is decks that are slow to make, inconsistent or unchecked, the tools above solve it for far less.
Enablement alternatives questions.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Highspot?
For the content and customer-deck part of enablement, yes. Coadie starts at $19 CAD per user a month, and Highspot does not publish prices.
Can Coadie use content we already keep in Highspot?
Yes. On Enterprise, Coadie can bring content in from Highspot, as well as Google Drive and SharePoint.
