What the customer read, written on the deal.

On Enterprise, every customer visit to a deck you shared from Coadie is written to the Salesforce opportunity or HubSpot deal: who read it, how far they got and how long they stayed on each slide. Your forecast can rest on what customers actually did, not on what the rep remembers.

On the deal

What exactly is written to the CRM?

One entry per visit, written a few minutes after the reader stops. Each entry holds who read it (the name they gave, or “Someone new”), when, and each slide’s title with the time they spent on it. A slide’s own words never go to the CRM. Your administrator decides how much detail is sent: everything, or just “opened” and “read to the end”.

Starting a deck

Can I start a deck from Salesforce?

Yes. Your administrator adds a “Build a deck” button to the Salesforce opportunity, and the rep lands on Coadie’s brief with the customer already filled in. They write only what the meeting is for.

Alerts

Where else do alerts go?

Coadie posts to Slack and Microsoft Teams with the context to act: who opened which deck, on what kind of device, and when a new reader appears, often the first sign a deck has been forwarded to the person who really signs. Alerts never say what a slide says.

Questions

Questions about the CRM.

Does Coadie integrate with Salesforce?

Yes, on Enterprise. Each customer visit to a shared deck is written to the opportunity, and a button on the opportunity can start a deck with the customer filled in.

Does Coadie integrate with HubSpot?

Yes, on Enterprise. Each customer visit to a shared deck is written to the HubSpot deal.

Is it a two-way sync?

No. Customer details come into Coadie to start a deck, and reading activity is written back to the deal. Coadie does not edit your other CRM records.

Do slide contents end up in the CRM?

No. Only slide titles and reading times are written; a slide’s own words never go.

Is the CRM integration on Pro?

No. Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack and Teams are Enterprise features.
