For account executives

A pitch deck for Thursday, without losing Wednesday night.

Coadie turns what you learned on the call into a sales pitch deck built from slides your company already approved. Every claim is traced to its source, the deck arrives in the company theme, and after you send it you can see which slides the buyer read and reread.

Step by step

How do I build a customer-specific pitch deck quickly?

01

Write the brief in the buyer’s words

Paste what they said on the call: “our quotes take four days to go out”. Coadie matches slides to the problem, in their language.

02

Answer a few questions

Who will be in the room and what will they push back on. Coadie asks only what the brief does not already answer.

03

Review the draft

A deck in about two minutes, in your theme, with speaker notes and every sentence linked to its source.

04

Make it yours

Edit like PowerPoint, or ask the assistant: “cut this to one slide”, “match the deck we sent Acme”.

05

Send a link and watch

See when it is opened, which slides held attention, and when someone new starts reading.

Accuracy

What makes the deck safe to send?

The deck is built from your company’s approved material, so the claims are ones your company already stands behind. A figure comes only from your brief, your answers or your library, and a line Coadie cannot support is flagged instead of written in. Files marked Draft, Confidential or Do not use never make it into a build.

After sending

What do I do with the reading data?

Use it to time and shape the follow-up. If the CFO spent two minutes on the payback slide, open the next call there. If a new reader appears, someone forwarded the deck; that is worth asking about. Readers are told what is recorded, so it is information they chose to share with you.

Questions

Questions from account executives.

How long does Coadie take to build a deck?

A focused deck is drafted in about two minutes. A 50-slide deck takes roughly two minutes end to end.

Can I use my own slides instead of the AI’s?

That is the point: Coadie builds from slides your company already has, and only writes what the brief needs, with each sentence traced.

Can I edit the deck in PowerPoint afterwards?

Yes. Download it as an editable PowerPoint, or as a PDF that matches the screen exactly.

Can I work on my phone?

You can read shared decks on a phone, but building and editing happen in a browser on a computer.

See it on your own material.

Bring a handful of your decks. We’ll set up your workspace and build a first deck from them, with every line traced.
