AI deck assistant

An AI presentation maker that starts from your slides.

Coadie’s assistant builds and edits sales decks from the library your company has already approved, not from the open internet. Describe the customer and the meeting; it finds the slides that answer the brief, drafts the deck in your theme, and shows you any change before it makes one.

The difference

How is this different from other AI slide generators?

Most AI slide generators write new slides from a prompt. That is fast, and it is also where invented statistics and off-brand layouts come from. Coadie’s assistant works the other way round: it searches your existing decks, PDFs and documents by meaning, picks the slides that do each job in the argument, and redraws them in your theme. When it does write a sentence, the sentence is traced to the file it came from.

Abilities

What can the assistant do?

  • Build a deck from a brief, in about two minutes, on a background worker, ready for you to review.
  • Find the slide you’re thinking of across everything your team has uploaded, even when you don’t type its exact words.
  • Edit the open slide at once: text, shapes, tables, charts, pictures, diagrams and backgrounds, with Undo and a receipt of what it did.
  • Act across a whole deck: one instruction changes every slide’s background or layout, or adds the same object everywhere.
  • Write a new slide from the deck’s own files, drawn like the slides beside it, with each point traced and nothing added until you press the button.
  • Turn a spreadsheet into charts built from the file’s real numbers, never invented ones.
  • Read a customer’s brand colours from their website, or explain a slide to you privately while you present.

The assistant answers up to 100 questions a day per person on both Pro and Enterprise. On Enterprise it can also read your CRM.

How it works

How do I make a deck with it?

01

Upload your library once

Decks, PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and pictures. Coadie indexes every slide automatically; no tagging, no content audit.

02

Describe the brief

Who will be in the room, what they need, what the deck must prove. Coadie asks back what it needs to know.

03

Review the draft

A deck in your theme, with speaker notes, built from the slides that answer the brief.

04

Edit by hand or by asking

Click anywhere and change it, as in PowerPoint, or tell the assistant what to change. Your own edits are never overwritten.

Questions

Questions about the assistant.

Is Coadie an AI slide generator?

Yes, but one that builds from your company’s own approved slides and files rather than writing from scratch, and traces every sentence it writes to its source.

Which AI model does Coadie use?

Coadie uses several AI providers for different jobs. They are named on the privacy page, and a company can connect its own AI account.

Does the assistant change things without asking?

Edits to the slide you have open happen at once, with Undo. Bigger changes, like renaming a deck, changing a share link or building a whole deck, are shown to you first and applied only when you approve.

Can I use it on Pro?

Yes. Pro includes the assistant with 100 questions a day. Reading your CRM is an Enterprise ability.

Can I use it from another AI assistant?

Yes, from any AI assistant that can connect to an MCP server. Coadie speaks MCP, the common language AI assistants use with other tools, so your team can build decks and check who read them from an assistant they already use. We set the connection up for you.

See it on your own material.

Bring a handful of your decks. We’ll set up your workspace and build a first deck from them, with every line traced.
