Brand themes

Every rep’s deck, in the company’s brand.

Bring the PowerPoint your company already uses and Coadie turns it into a theme: your fonts, colours, layouts and logo. Every slide Coadie builds, including slides it pulls from older or outside files, is redrawn in that theme rather than pasted in looking like somebody else’s.

The short answer

How do I keep presentations on-brand?

Make the on-brand choice the easy one. In Coadie the company theme is where every deck starts, and the assistant redraws content into it. A slide from a supplier’s deck does not arrive wearing the supplier’s logo, fonts and footer: Coadie reads what the slide says and draws it again on one of your layouts.

01

Upload your PowerPoint theme

Any PowerPoint you already have can be used as a theme, on either plan.

02

Or build one

Choose colours, fonts, a master logo and a page picture, with 33 layouts to work from. There are also 35 or more ready-made themes.

03

Build in it

New decks start in the theme, and slides drawn from your library are redrawn to match.

04

Restyle in one press

Move a whole deck to a new theme at once, with a copy kept first so nothing is lost.

Details

What else keeps slides consistent?

  • A Design ideas panel offers layout options for the slide you have open.
  • A contrast check runs wherever colours are decided, so text stays readable.
  • Charts in six styles (Clean, Bold, Editorial, Soft, Mono and Highlight), each tested so series stay distinguishable for colour-blind viewers.
  • Files kept as they are. Mark a file “leave these slides as they are” and Coadie never restyles it: right for a customer’s or partner’s own slide.
Export

Does it export to PowerPoint?

Yes. Download a deck as PowerPoint to keep editing it, or as PDF to send. The PDF matches the screen exactly. The PowerPoint is fully editable, and layout can shift slightly between programs, which is the trade-off of a file you can still change.

Questions

Questions about themes.

Can I use my own PowerPoint template?

Yes. Any PowerPoint you already have can be used as a theme, on either plan.

What happens to slides from other companies’ decks?

Coadie reads what the slide says and redraws it in your theme, on one of your layouts, so it does not arrive with another company’s logo or fonts. A file marked to keep its own look is left alone.

Can I change a whole deck’s theme at once?

Yes. Restyle a deck to a new theme in one press; a copy is kept in History first.

Is the PowerPoint export pixel-perfect?

The PDF is exact. The PowerPoint is editable, and its layout can shift slightly, because it is a file you can keep changing.
