Every line on the slide, traced to where it came from.
Coadie builds sales decks from your company’s own approved material and links every sentence and figure to the file and page it came from. Anything it cannot support from your material is flagged instead of written in, so a made-up number never reaches a customer.
What does “source-traced” mean?
When Coadie writes a sentence on a slide, it records which of your files that sentence rests on: the file and the slide or page. Open the slide in the editor and each sentence shows its source. A sentence nothing in your library backs is marked as the assistant’s own, so you can see exactly which words need a second look.
Numbers get the same treatment. A figure on a slide comes from your brief, your answers to Coadie’s questions, or your library. A chart made from a spreadsheet shows which file, sheet and rows its numbers came from. Coadie never invents a figure to fill a gap.
Why does it matter for a sales deck?
A sales deck is a promise in writing. General AI tools write fluent text from their training data, and they can produce a statistic, a customer name or a quote that sounds right and isn’t. In front of a customer, that is a risk nobody signs off on.
| Question | General AI tools | Coadie |
|---|---|---|
| Where the words come from | Training data, plus what you paste in | Your approved sales material |
| Can you check a claim? | No built-in source trail | Every sentence links to its file and page |
| Will it make up a number? | It can | No: figures come only from your brief, answers or library |
| Unsupported claims | Written in with the same confidence | Flagged instead of written in |
How does it work, step by step?
Upload your library
PowerPoint, PDF, Word and text files, spreadsheets and pictures. Coadie reads and indexes every slide on its own; nobody tags anything.
Write the brief
Who the deck is for and what it needs to prove. Coadie finds the slides and proof that answer it.
Check the trail
Each sentence on a written slide shows the file and page it rests on. Lines nothing supports are marked.
Edit and send
Change anything. When you rewrite a sentence yourself, its old source is marked out of date rather than left describing words that are gone.
What it doesn’t do
- It does not re-read your sources later. A deck keeps the figures that were approved when it was built. When a source file changes, the library flags it for a person to decide.
- The mark stays inside Coadie. The customer never sees which slides were written by the assistant; the trail is for your team.
- A file marked Draft or Confidential is kept out of new decks, but is still read by the AI provider that indexes it.
Questions about sources.
Does Coadie make things up?
No. Decks are built from your approved content, every sentence links to its source, and anything it cannot support is flagged instead of written in.
Can compliance review what was sent?
Yes. Every sentence and statistic keeps its link to the source file and page, and workspace permissions control who can build, edit and share.
Does the customer see the sources?
No. The source trail is shown inside Coadie for your team. The shared deck and its PDF look like any other deck.
What if I edit a sentence by hand?
Your words are kept. Coadie never overwrites what a person changed, and the old source is marked out of date for that sentence.
See it on your own material.
Bring a handful of your decks. We’ll set up your workspace and build a first deck from them, with every line traced.
